What is screen printing of acrylic products

What is screen printing of acrylic products? We often see some acrylic products with colorful text patterns or logos, which are mostly made by acrylic screen printing technology. Acrylic silk screen printing is screen printing, which is to pad print pictures or words on the finished acrylic products at the designated position.
Screen printing on acrylic products is one of the common processes in acrylic processing industry. With the renewal and progress of the process, customers have higher and higher requirements for acrylic screen printing technology. Monochrome text screen printing can not meet the needs of users. Now the screen printing of acrylic products is divided into three types: monochrome, multi-color (four-color cnyk) and heat transfer printing.
1. Monochrome silk screen printing is a relatively simple silk screen printing process. After the film process, the patterns to be silk printed (logo, publicity map, advertising language, etc.) have been on the screen. Next, just put the acrylic products under the screen and print one color of ink on the acrylic crafts across the screen, so as to complete the monochrome silk screen printing.
2. Four color (cnyk) silk screen printing means multi-color silk screen printing. Many logos and publicity pictures are often composed of multiple colors, which requires four-color silk screen printing. The process in front of four-color silk screen printing is similar to that of monochrome silk screen printing, except that color matching is required before printing with ink, and the position must be aligned when printing ink. The operation is difficult and more complex than monochrome silk screen printing process.
3. Heat transfer printing is a process with high efficiency in the silk screen printing process. It uses the roller of the heat transfer machine to print all colors on the heat transfer film to form logo, publicity map and advertising language, and then uses the heating plate to imprint the pattern on acrylic products. Heat transfer printing has high production efficiency, but it requires high cost and high scrap rate. It is usually suitable for mass production.
